As we anticipate the arrival of snow, the landscapers will be arriving a little early to salt the area. Please note the following important information to ensure a smooth process during the snowfall:

Priority Areas: The landscapers will begin by treating the main roads, followed by the secondary roads, driveways, and walkways.

Post-Snow Maintenance: After the snowfall concludes, the landscapers will return multiple times to salt the surfaces and clear any remaining snow. This is to maintain safe conditions for everyone.

Property Overview: Our community comprises 148 homes, driveways, and walkways, along with two miles of roads and the clubhouse.

Garage Usage: For your convenience, please park your cars in the garage. The landscapers will not be able to dig out cars left outside.

Secure Outdoor Items: To prevent damage, kindly remove any items outside that you do not want to be affected by the snow removal process.

Caution with Black Ice: Be mindful of black ice and exercise caution when walking and driving in the area.
