Replacement Porch/Garage Lights
If your porch/garage lamps need replacement (this is a home owner responsibility), this model is identical in design to the original lamp for Phases I and II, and it has a light sensor so that your driveway and porch light up with any movement.
There are three colors of bulbs - Daylight, Bright White and Soft White. Soft white are slightly yellow (as opposed to harsh white) and make the community look better at night.
