Amenities at Riverwoods

Riverwoods amenities include the Clubhouse, two tennis courts, an outdoor pool and a heated indoor pool.  The Clubhouse is the perfect place to meet, read, play, socialize, swim, watch movies, and host private parties.

Rules and Proper Use of Riverwoods Common Facilities
  • Guests.  Any resident that has guests using any common amenities (tennis courts, pools or clubhouse) must be present with their guests during the entire time they are using these facilities. Limit the number of guests to four (4)  per unit at a time -- the maximum allowed.
  • Lifeguards. There must always be a lifeguard on duty in the outdoor pool. There is no lifeguard on duty in the indoor pool. If there is no lifeguard present at the outdoor pool, please consider the pool closed and only use the indoor pool facilities.

  • Buddy System. At least two adults are required in the pool area whenever anyone is in the water. Do not swim alone - ever.

  • Indoor Pool Capacity. Currently, a maximum of 8 people at a time are allowed in the indoor pool. This is intended to minimize the possibility of Covid infection.

  • Pool Open Days and Hours.  Indoor Pool: Daily 8 AM- 7 PM. Outdoor pool: Daily from Memorial Day through Labor Day.
